Kaitlyn is such a friendly girl! Every time I go in she greets me with a smile and gives me exactly what I want without unreasonable waiting. She very obviously takes pride in what she does, and cares for her customers as if they were family. Thanks for always bringing a smile to my face! This girl deserves a promotion!!!6/5

Worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Outright disrespect. I ordered a three cheese panini and the girl working didn’t toast it at all threw it in a bag and gave it to me . The girl working wore glasses and had another girl who didn’t seem to be working beside her .. laughing the whole time . They screwed up my order and laughed during it . When I left the story they continued to laugh. Never have I been so disgusted with service. Those girls were extremely disrespectful. I went on Thursday August 25 at 7:30. Who ever was working deserved to get fired. Disgusting service I will be telling everyone in Caledon about this

The bacon in my sub was way to dry and hard.

Inconsistent service here. There is one woman who will give you proper portions and do her job with a smile. Today I was served by a girl who did not appear to be to fond of her job. I waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to approach the counter. The amount of tuna I was served was pathetic and quite frankly a waste of my hard earned money. A thin paste spread across a foot long sub, hardly enough to cover the length. I asked for more and she was reluctant to do so. (The sandwich should resemble the pictures on your menu). Although this Subway is convenient, I will be saving myself the trip to this Subway and take the 10 minutes to go to a better one in Orangeville.

This place is tucked within a convenience store. It is ideally located at a busy intersection, however the parking lot is small and harder to get into and out of. The service was reasonable and you get a decent sandwich. There is seating for 4 within the store.

Best place to eat in the area. Keep it up!

NEVER stocked up on cookies. I'm not gonna take your outright disgusting oatmeal raisin, or that crappy brown cookies at the bottom I don't even bother to look at. GIVE ME THE CHOCOLATE CHIP. What a joke this subway is. When I go to subway I expect good quality cookies, not this garbage you jokers keep supplying.

Didnt have half the common toppings available (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions etc) also didnt have steak, meatballs, or cold cuts. Should not have even been open if could not offer the full range of the menu. Also offered no discount due to the poor selection. (We were not made aware of the missing toppings prior to ordering our sandwhiches)

Washroom, sitting area clean spotless and smelt Good. Its the first things I look at, to understand the place of business.Very good customer service, didn’t have any issues ordering food, food prep areas were clean, and no major reason for concern. Customer service was polite, from taking the order to picking up food, and then sitting and eating.Will def visit again without hesitation!!- Cheers Ryan

A very comfortable location with a convinience store in the same bldg. The sandwich was prepared with utmost care and in a pleasing manner. Much more to talk about but my favorite is that they do serve a veggie patty, which is rare even in bigger stores than this many times.

It was amazing with 2 friendly staff (Glenn and Katie ) good fresh food will go back.

Caledon Subway/variety store has THE BEST ICECREAM CONES EVER!! Tradition every summer to go and indulge a double scoop!
